Uncovering the Hatch
New promo shots of the season finale (Exodus, Parts 2 & 3) seem to prove that Locke is NOT shot in ‘The Greater Good’ or at least not at all seriously wounded.
In the above picture we see Jack, Kate, Hurley and Locke examining the hatch for the first time. It looks like Locke has done a mighty job of excavating it since we last saw it! It looks to me like some kind of sealed container.
Did the light in the hatch have some effect on Locke? Will the hatch be opened before the end of the season? What will be inside?

I’m a bit freakes out (and excited to see this ep) as someone who has never seen the hatch, and maybe never heard of it before doesn’t want it opened. Wow…Pandora’s Box, anyone?
