I think these videos are amazing! Here’s a time-lapse of some talented person drawing up a beautiful image of Kate (Evangeline Lilly) from Lost using Photoshop.

“One night, we had all gone bowling. Most people left, so it was myself, Matthew, Jorge, and Dominic—three goofy, out-there guys…” said Lilly, who is rumored to be dating Monaghan. “So we’re in the middle of a parking lot in Kailua, daring each other to do things. Jorge turns to me and says, ‘I’ll give you twenty dollars if you pee in that garbage can.’ Thirty seconds later, I’ve got my pants down and my bum hanging into this garbage can, and he has to give me twenty dollars.”

Our very own favourite actress, Evangeline Lilly (better known as Kate Ryan from Lost) has eased into second place in the Maxim Hot 100 list of 2005. Beaten out only by Desperate Housewives’ Eva Longoria, Evangeline placed better than some of the most well known names in entertainment; Sin City’s Brittany Murphy, Dukes Of Hazzard star Jessica Simpson, Alias spy Jennifer Garner, and Tomb Raider Angelina Jolie.

“The MAXIM Hot 100 is the end result of a process in which experts examine thousands of beautiful women and refine them down to the very hottest,” says MAXIM Editor-in-Chief Ed Needham. “These are the women whose names are on the lips of people the world over, whose careers are headed for the dizziest heights and whose looks will scorch the back off your retina.”

Kate is the beautiful ‘amazon’ woman, played by Evangeline Lilly. At home in the jungle setting of the show, Evangline “has lived under a grass hut in the jungles of the Philippines with a missionary group” before landing her role as Kate. Outside of the show Evangline is fluent in French and loves ice skating, canoeing, kayaking, snowboarding and rock climbing.

On the show, Kate seems to be a very caring person, although flashbacks have revealed she has an unpleasant past as a bank robbing murderer. She also claims to have ‘killed the man I loved’, but we don’t know who that is, or how it happened. We do know that the model plane she so badly wanted from the mashall’s case has some kind of significance, as she robbed a bank to get it. Incidentally, the plane was in safety deposit box 815 in the bank, which is the same as the flight number (Oceanic 815) and is present in the sequence of mystery numbers: 4, 8, 15, 16, 23, 42. What this means, we dont yet know.
